Terms of Service — SyncGaze

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any SyncGaze service (including SyncGaze Mail, Dashboard, and related products), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SyncGaze provides cloud-based business tools including professional email hosting, task management, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SyncGaze services to:

Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate anti-spam laws.
Distribute malware, phishing content, or fraudulent material.
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) on a monthly or annual cycle.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refund requests within 30 days of purchase will be honoured for paid plans.

6. Free Trial & Free Plan

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. The free plan is available indefinitely with limited features. We may modify free-tier limits with prior notice.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload. SyncGaze does not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We will not sell your data to third parties.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncGaze's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
